Founded in 2004

Our Journey

2004

FoundedFounded with a mission to provide reliable IT staffing solutions.
We started small, with a focus on quality over volume. Our early success came from building long‑term relationships with clients and candidates alike-listening deeply, moving quickly, and delivering talent that fit both skills and culture.
In those first years, we refined our sourcing and vetting processes, and began to build a network of trusted partners who would become the foundation of our growth.

2005

ExpansionExpanded into IT consulting and technology delivery support.
As demand grew, we expanded our capabilities to support full‑cycle delivery: from strategy and architecture to implementation and ongoing support. This allowed us to partner more deeply with clients and help them execute complex technology initiatives.
We invested in methodologies, tools, and training-enabling our teams to move faster while maintaining the quality and reliability that earned us our first clients.

2012

SpecializationEstablished industry-specific staffing practices across government and healthcare.
We recognized that talent needs vary dramatically by sector. By specializing in government and healthcare, we could better understand compliance, security, and domain expertise-matching candidates who not only had the right skills, but also the right context.
This shift helped us build deeper relationships with clients in regulated environments and deliver placements that were more precise, reliable, and sustainable over time.

Diversification Grew into financial services, energy, and manufacturing sectors. As technology became a core driver across industries, we expanded our practices to support clients in finance, energy, and manufacturing. This required adapting to new risk profiles, operational cadences, and technical stacks. We learned to navigate complex supply chains, cybersecurity requirements, and compliance frameworks-enabling us to place talent that could bridge business and technology in high‑velocity environments.
